Cleaning Up my Data

For some days now I am cleaning up my HDD data and sorting everything nicely, I am going to reinstall my system and I really mean it, will going to use Windows 2003 Server and Arch Linux, for that I will need to redesign my Hard Disk Drive Partitions and reformat everything. My data will be placed to CDs and of course to my brothers HDDs.. The best software for Windows which I use takes up 2.22 GB, I mean the Installers for Software/Programs which I have the latest versions.. Open Source and Free Software.. You almost can use Windows and a lot of Software legally these days.. Almost 
I just hope everything is going to be simple and clean.
