Where is Winter?

It is almost the first day of Winter here in Lithuania and where the Hell is it? 
But maybe it is quite cool, it isn’t cold, about 1-8 Celsius of temperature and no snow At sometime in the November beginning there was some snow, but nothing serious, so I hope some snow will appear on Christmas.. But as every year, winter is late..Spring will be late too
